Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Planning Engineer to join the Planning & Scheduling team within PMCM. You will develop and maintain robust programmes for major UK infrastructure projects, working with project managers, engineers and delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with client requirements.

The role offers hybrid working in the UK, with opportunities for professional development and Chartership support as part of a growing, multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience planning Power Transmission & Distribution infrastructure projects across design, consents, procurement and construction phases.
• Developing project schedules from first principles and using scheduling software for integration.
• Understanding project delivery lifecycles, programme management principles and applying project controls including EVM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust project programmes enabling successful delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and delivery partners to integrate schedules.
• Produce schedule narratives and L2/L3 summaries and manage schedule changes.
