Job summary

Fortescue is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Product & Delivery department in delivering high-value, complex power systems programmes. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, track progress, and maintain documentation, dashboards, and meeting materials to ensure milestones are achieved.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive communication, and the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles—in product development, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project tracking tools (MS Project, Planner, or equivalents).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Programme and Project Managers in day-to-day project execution.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams for timely progress.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and action registers.
• Own task tracking and follow-up with stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Support preparation and distribution of reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Ensure meeting outcomes, actions, and decisions are documented and communicated.
