Job summary

Leap29, on behalf of an international consultancy, is seeking a Power System Engineer to support Manchester-based data centre projects. The role involves designing power systems for hyperscale campuses, colocation facilities and critical infrastructure, with hybrid work from Manchester offices.

You'll bring a degree in electrical engineering, be a Chartered Engineer, and have hands-on experience in power system design and analysis, using ETAP, SKM, DigSILENT, POWERFactory or similar tools.

Qualifications

Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
Chartered Engineer status with a recognised institution.
Experience in power system design.
Experience in power system analysis.
Experience with ETAP, SKM, DigSILENT, POWERFactory or similar softwares.
Experience within the Data Centre industry or critical infrastructure projects.

My Client is an international Consultancy who specialise in Data Centre design and construction.

Due to expansion, they are currently searching a Power System Engineer to support the team in Manchester for the design of various Data Centres. The Power system Engineer will be directly employed by my Client on a permanent basis.

The Power system engineer will be involved in the design of global Data Centres from hyperscale campuses and colocation facilities to critical infrastructure facilities. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid from the the Manchester offices.
