Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience within utilities, infrastructure or related sector.
- Proven success delivering strategic programmes and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Shape and deliver Thames Water's Power Resilience strategy.
- Drive digital transformation and data-led insights to improve operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including DNOs, NESO and Ofgem.
- Support investment planning, risk reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
