Kevin Edward Associates is seeking a Sales Manager to lead generator rental sales across the Midlands, driving hire revenue and delivering temporary power solutions to a diverse customer base.

Based in a field-based role with regional travel, you will promote generator rentals, manage a Midlands territory, build long-term relationships, and collaborate closely with operations to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in generator rental sales.
• Strong understanding of temporary power solutions and hire processes.
• Excellent commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with site managers, facilities teams, contractors, consultants, and procurement.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell generator rental and temporary power solutions to new and existing customers.
• Manage and grow a defined Midlands territory.
• Identify new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, construction, events, and public-sector clients.
• Conduct site visits to assess power requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative technical sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tailored hire packages.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and high service levels.
