Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Sales Manager to expand a regional generator hire portfolio across the UK, including remote-eligible work. You will drive new business, manage client relationships, and coordinate with operations to deliver exceptional service from Salford and beyond.

The role requires a proven generator hire or related sales background, at least 3 years in field sales, strong diesel generator knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven generator hire or related equipment hire sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales or regional account management.
• Strong technical understanding of diesel generators and temporary power.
• Commercially astute, target-driven, and confident negotiating.
• Excellent communicator, both in-person and online.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a regional portfolio of clients, delivering tailored generator hire solutions.
• Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities across your territory.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Represent WBPS/Rehlko at client sites, trade events, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, framework partners, and project stakeholders.
• Accurately report on pipelines, forecasts, and market activity.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and follow internal hire procedures and CRM systems.
