Job summary

Lockton Companies in London is seeking a Producer for Renewable Energy and Power to originate opportunities, build relationships with developers, funds and lenders, and shape bespoke insurance solutions. You will coordinate across advisory and placement teams, manage a structured pipeline in Salesforce and help Lockton grow its energy transition footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven insurance broking or client advisory experience with a major broker.
• Track record of originating and winning complex new business in energy.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with project finance, lender requirements and the energy lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve revenue and new business objectives.
• Originate, qualify and convert opportunities across renewable energy and build senior-level relationships.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, tenders and appointment discussions.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Lockton’s wider capabilities and advisory services.
• Represent Lockton at conferences, industry forums and client events.
