Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Power Press Engineer Surveyor to join a nationwide network of inspection professionals. You will examine power presses, brake presses, injection moulding and woodworking machinery, assessing safety and reporting findings.

You will travel to customer sites, work independently, and develop expertise through ongoing training and our induction programme. A UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in mechanical engineering or higher.
• Experience with power presses and related equipment is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to inspect power presses, press brakes, injection moulding machinery and related equipment.
• Assess equipment condition, safety systems and guarding; prepare clear, professional reports.
• Undertake NDT training and crack detection examinations as part of duties.
• Manage inspection schedule across allocated area and build client relationships.
