Detroit Engineered Products seeks a Collaboration Systems specialist to translate customer needs into Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging both out-of-the-box and custom options.

You will partner with various departments to deliver value, support M365 daily operations and training, and assist with migrations from on-premise SharePoint to the cloud while keeping current industry practices in mind.

Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft 365. Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements. Work closely with personnel from all areas of the business to help drive business value. Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training. Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365 Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary.
