Job summary

Detroit Engineered Products seeks a Collaboration Systems specialist to translate customer needs into Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging both out-of-the-box and custom options.

You will partner with various departments to deliver value, support M365 daily operations and training, and assist with migrations from on-premise SharePoint to the cloud while keeping current industry practices in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with M365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, etc)
• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Collaboration Systems team and customers to detail requirements to Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
• Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training.
• Assist with migration from on-prem SharePoint to M365.
• Maintain knowledge of development concepts and best practices for Microsoft 365.
