Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Developer to join the Design, Develop and Transition team. You will design, build and enhance digital services for council staff and residents using Power Platform, Azure, C#, and modern web tech.

You will work in a hybrid setup, splitting time between the Badminton Road office and remote work, collaborating with product owners, solution architects and testers to deliver reliable, well-tested solutions.

Qualifications

Hold a degree in a computer-related field or equivalent practical experience.
Practical software development experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Azure services and modern web development.

Responsibilities

Design, build and improve apps, integrations, processes and automations leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
Write clean, secure, and well-tested code following standards and patterns.
Explain technical options clearly and collaborate with product owners and architects.
Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues and participate in peer reviews.
Create technical documentation, assist with testing and deployments, and resolve issues.
Manage workload effectively within a multidisciplinary agile team.
Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
