Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Governance Engineer to lead the governance, administration and compliance of Microsoft's Power Platform and Copilot services. You will own environment strategy, licensing and reporting, collaborating with developers, stakeholders and partners to keep the AI estate secure and well governed.

The role focuses on onboarding low-code and AI technologies with strong controls, continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with security and policy

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio administration and governance.
• Understanding of governance controls in admin centres and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Administer Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Copilot environments.
• Own governance standards, policies, and environment strategy.
• Manage licensing, capacity, platform health and operational controls.
• Produce governance, compliance and adoption reporting.
• Oversee platform risks and governance audits.
• Support citizen developers and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes.
