Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Power & Co-pilot Platform Engineer in Durrington with travel to Falmer. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) offers a hybrid arrangement with minimum 2 days onsite.

The package includes a salary between £49,200 and £60,000. You will shape and manage the automation ecosystem, working on Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-powered solutions while partnering with architecture and security teams to enforce standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth Power Platform and Copilot experience with enterprise-scale environments.
• Knowledge of security controls (DLP, RBAC, Purview) and governance.
• Ability to deliver technical standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Power Platform & Copilot platforms, ensuring security and performance.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to define standards.
• Support rollout of AI, Automation, and Copilot-driven solutions.
