Job summary

Practicus represents a leading organisation within the UK transport sector undergoing a major transformation toward a national merger. We seek a hands-on Power Platform specialist to own the digital PMO landscape and drive the roadmap for an enterprise‑level PPM tool built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will act as the internal Subject Matter Expert bridging governance and technical development, delivering a single source of truth for decisions, implementing AI Builder and Copilot Studio,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL/VBA.
• Developer mindset: translate user requirements into robust system enhancements.
• Analytical excellence, likely Power BI Data Analyst certification and data architecture.
• Strong communication to engage Finance, IT, and senior sponsors and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own governance tech landscape and roadmap for PMO tooling.
• Lead integration between Power Platform and external tools like DocuSign, SAP, Primavera P6.
• Develop Power BI dashboards with time intelligence for senior leadership.
• Advance AI roadmap using AI Builder and Copilot Studio to automate risk analysis.
