Job summary

Redline UK is seeking an experienced Power Supply Sales Manager to drive new business and build key customer relationships across the UK. The role requires a hands-on, technically informed sales professional with a background in power electronics.

The position is office-based as a base, with travel to customer sites as needed; you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and develop regional strategies to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or business development within a technical environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Background in power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, PSUs, LED drivers, batteries).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and new customer targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering consultative power electronics solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within OEM and industrial markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
