Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Reporting and Intelligence Analyst to support the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate management information and KPI reporting. • Strong experience using Power BI and developing dashboards and management reports.
• Experience analysing large datasets and data from multiple systems.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.

• Experience automating and improving reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and management information.
• Analyse data, trends, risks and performance to provide clear business insights.
• Maintain a single source of truth, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Combine and validate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Improve and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data and performance analysis.
• Work with operational teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Present clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
