ACCIONA is looking for a Project Controls Reporting Analyst to support the effective management and reporting of project performance through data integration, business intelligence and process improvement. You will develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming data from multiple systems into accurate, accessible information for decision-making.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or BI roles.
• Experience building interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and consolidation.
• Familiarity with Python or SQL for data manipulation (desirable).
• Ability to structure and present information from multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Data integration, consolidation and structuring from multiple project systems.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support project controls reporting across programme, cost, resources and risks.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Planning, Commercial and Finance teams.
• Ensure data quality and validation across reporting outputs.
• Standardise reporting templates and data structures.
• Explore digital tools to improve reporting and management information.
