Responsibilities

• Lead ACT’s business insight and performance intelligence activities.
• Explore complex data to identify trends, relationships and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging insights for diverse audiences.
• Support baselining, trend analysis and performance assessment.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and analytical capability.
