Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Systems & Data Analyst for a 12-month contract in Aylesford. The role will support the accounting and finance team with data management and system optimisation, delivering accurate reporting to aid decision-making.

The successful candidate will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop KPI reporting, and work with Acumatica ERP to automate finance processes. A not-for-profit environment offers hybrid working and parking.

Qualifications

Part-qualified accountant with experience in a Finance function.
Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and BI/data analysis skills.
Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

Support development and improvement of financial and management reporting.
Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
Turn financial data into clear management information for stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT and external partners to develop reporting solutions.
Assist with ERP reporting and data governance across Finance.
Support testing and implementation of system developments affecting Finance.
