Job summary

Global Highland Ltd is seeking a Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst to join their Inverness-based team. This role focuses on improving business reporting, data quality and digital processes across the organisation, delivering Power BI dashboards and structured reporting outputs.

The successful candidate will collate and validate data from multiple business areas to support HSEQ, compliance, commercial and board-level reporting, while developing digital workflows to boost visibility and

Qualifications

Analytical and digitally minded professional to improve business reporting, data quality and digital processes.
Experience with Power BI and data analytics to support governance and decision-making.
Ability to collate, validate and present information from multiple areas for board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain the reporting calendar and coordinate deadlines with internal contributors.
Extract, collate, validate and analyse data for internal and external reporting.
Develop and maintain digital reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards and trackers.
Support compliance, quality and accreditation reporting with up-to-date information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate data for PQQs, client questionnaires and framework submissions.
