Job summary

Global Infrastructure is seeking a Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst in Inverness to bolster business reporting, data validation and digital tools across the organisation. The role focuses on collating information from diverse areas to support HSEQ, compliance, commercial and board reporting.

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital reporting solutions, improving data quality and decision-making while implementing streamlined workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with attention to data quality.
• Experience using Power BI for dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with digital reporting tools and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reporting calendar, coordinate deadlines and liaise with contributors to secure timely, accurate inputs.
• Extract, Collate, validate and analyse data for meetings using API including HSEQ, management, client, BID, contract close and board-level reporting.
• Create and maintain digital reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Forms, trackers, organograms and structured reporting outputs.
• Support improvements to enhance reporting processes, digital workflows and system administration to improve visibility, consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance and performance trackers, including NCR, PPC and departmental monitoring records, ensuring information remains accurate and suitable for review.
• Keep documents, records and supporting information current and accessible for QMS, audits and accreditation evidence requirements.
• Support PQQs, Client questionnaires, framework submissions and presentation materials with accurate, evidence-based data.

Global Infrastructure is a leading civil engineering company with their head office in Inverness. Currently looking for a Reporting & Digital Transformation Analyst to join their well established commercial team.

In this role you will be required to;

Support the preparation, maintenance and improvement of business reporting, compliance data and digital tools across the organisation. The role is responsible for collating, validating and presenting information from multiple business areas to support HSEQ, compliance, commercial, operational and board-level reporting. You will also support the development and maintenance of digital reporting solutions, including Power BI, Microsoft Forms and structured trackers, helping to improve data quality, reporting consistency, process efficiency and evidence-based decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Reporting, Data and Analysis

• Maintain the reporting calendar, coordinate deadlines and liaise with contributors to secure timely, accurate inputs.
