Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Power App Developer to design and deliver a model-driven Power App for employer engagement tracking in the UK. Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and implementing model-driven Power Apps.
• Proficiency with Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement a model-driven Power App to support employer engagement tracking.
• Translate Excel-based trackers into a digital solution.
• Collaborate with project team to understand operational and reporting requirements.
• Ensure the solution meets DWP reporting requirements and supports Employment and Skills service objectives.
• Develop and maintain data structures within Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Assist with data quality, validation and reporting processes.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment of the final solution.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, data integrity and compliance throughout development.
