Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models supporting performance management and contract reporting. You will automate data feeds using Power Automate, and extend the Power Platform with Power Apps and SharePoint to streamline processes. Remote UK applicants are welcome.

The role emphasizes data quality, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across complex datasets from multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Ability to translate business problems into practical digital solutions; familiarity with AI possibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards that provide operational and contract insights.
• Build and enhance Power BI data models, measures and calculations using DAX, Power Query and data modelling techniques.
• Transform complex datasets from multiple sources into accurate, reliable reporting solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear reporting and insight solutions for stakeholders.
• Use Power Automate to streamline data feeds, reporting processes and notifications.
• Support developing Power Apps and SharePoint solutions to improve data capture and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial and technical teams to improve data quality and governance.
• Produce reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement and informed decisions.
