Job summary

Bauder Ltd is seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, develop, maintain and enhance Power Apps-led digital reporting and data platforms across the Northern Division and Southwest region. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions using Power Platform, C# and .NET, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering reliable dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' commercial experience in software development or application development.
• Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Dataverse, relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or Power BI.
• Understanding of Azure services, cloud technologies and application deployment.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git or similar source control and development management tools.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, code reviews and secure coding principles.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting technical solutions, business processes and system designs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing technical skills.
• A willingness to develop expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, with full training and Microsoft certification support provided by Bauder.
• Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience developing Azure Function Apps or cloud-based applications.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce or other enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain modern business applications and enterprise software.
• Develop secure and scalable applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop REST APIs and system integrations connecting internal and third-party platforms.

• Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
