Job summary

BWC Profiles LTD is seeking a Production Operative to join our Crownhill-based powder coating line in Milton Keynes. You will set machines, inspect output and maintain quality across the coating process, working within a small team to support smooth production.

You will document results for data analysis, contribute to safety and efficiency improvements, and strive for continuous quality. This role offers a 4-day working week at our head office with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to work largely independently on tasks on the powder coating line, with teamwork for quality finished products.
• Setting up tasks on the line and adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality.
• Able to challenge non-conformances and participate in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate the powder coating line end‑to‑end within a small team.
• Set up and control machines, monitor output and ensure product quality.
• Inspect products for defects throughout the coating process.
• Document results for data analysis to support improvements in quality, safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and adherence to standards.
