Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, paint line or surface finishing.
• Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the team.
• Planning workloads and meeting production deadlines.
• Overseeing pre-treatment, powder coating, curing and inspection.
• Monitoring quality, material usage and equipment performance.
• Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.
• Training and developing team members.
