2 Sisters Food Group (Willand site) is hiring a Trussing Operative in Devon. The role involves trussing wholebirds to the required speed, lining baskets and supporting other lines in the Production area. No prior experience is required, as full training in Food Safety, Quality and Health & Safety will be provided.

You will work within a multi-cultural team and adhere to high standards. Shifts run AM and PM with a 3-weekly rota; the hourly rate is £13.11, with overtime options and career

Qualifications

• No experience required, just a can-do attitude.
• Full training provided in Food Safety, Quality, Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Trussing wholebirds to the required speed.
• Lining baskets and supporting other lines in Production.
• Working to high standards for customers and compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety.
• Coaching others to understand and follow customer specification sheets.
