Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking an Agriculture Property & Development Manager to drive the development of new poultry production sites and the expansion of existing farms. You will lead projects from feasibility through planning and construction to handover, building strong relationships with producers and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires a qualified Rural Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent), with strong commercial, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Rural Surveyor with MRICS or equivalent.
• Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in agricultural property development, producer recruitment or farm expansion.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Poultry industry knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new producers to support business growth.
• Lead farm development and expansion projects from feasibility to completion.
• Guide producers through planning applications and environmental permitting.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and financial projections.
• Manage project timelines, risks, reporting and operational handovers.
