Noble Foods is seeking an Agriculture Property & Development Manager to drive new poultry sites and expand existing farms across the UK. You will take opportunities from initial enquiry through planning to handover, building strong producer relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Rural Surveyor with experience in agricultural property development.
• Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience in agricultural development, producer recruitment or farm expansion.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Poultry industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit new producers to support business growth.
• Lead farm development and expansion projects from feasibility to completion.
• Guide producers through planning applications and environmental permitting.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and financial projections.
• Manage project timelines, risks, reporting and operational handovers.
