2 Sisters Food Group in Sandycroft is seeking a Production Operative to join a fast-paced poultry processing team. You will help prepare poultry products, palletise 20kg baskets, and work across the Primary Selection area with full training provided.

The role offers a 12-hour shift pattern (5am–5pm) on a permanent basis, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to safety/quality.
• Experience in production helpful but training will be provided.
• Full training including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Palletising 20kg baskets of chickens.
• Working in a chilled factory environment.
• Rotating tasks across the production areas to support the team.
• Supporting the Primary Selection area and overall shift coverage.
