Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting Production Operatives for our Sandycroft site in the UK. This permanent role offers the chance to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with real career progression opportunities.

You will work on poultry product prep in a chilled factory, with shifts Sunday to Thursday 17:00-01:00. Full training will be provided, no prior experience required, and there are staff discounts and an on-site canteen.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential.
• Full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment.
• Team player and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare poultry products for customers in a chilled factory environment.
• Handle chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds depending on team.
• Full training provided; no previous experience required.
