2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting Production Operatives at the Sandycroft site for a permanent role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will support the preparation of poultry products, working in a chilled factory and following strict safety and quality standards.

Full training will be provided; prior experience is not required, and there is a clear pathway for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Help prepare poultry products for customers in a chilled factory environment
• Possible duties may include heavy lifting, handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning or preparing whole birds
• Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required
