No prior hatchery experience is required; reliable and hardworking individuals are invited to apply. Salary is up to £28,000 per annum with pension and life assurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle eggs and chicks safely and carefully.
• Support daily hatchery operations.
• Clean and disinfect work areas and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of animal welfare and biosecurity.
• Complete basic records and follow site procedures.
• Work as part of the hatchery team.
