Avara Foods is seeking a Hatchery Operative for our Romsey, Hampshire hatchery. No experience needed as full training will be provided. You will help with daily hatchery tasks, sort chicks, move eggs, and ensure cleanliness and biosecurity on site.
You will work in a supportive environment, with 39-hour week patterns and opportunities for overtime. Weekly pay, pension, and wellbeing resources are part of the package.

As a Hatchery Operative, working as a part of the Hatchery Team, you’ll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.
