Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is hiring a Posting & Cleaning Operative to manage posting and cleaning rounds in the Birmingham and Leicester areas. The role is full-time, outdoor, and involves working alone with a provided company van. You will stock and restock supplies weekly at the Bristol depot.

You’ll enjoy a flexible 40-hour week, training and ongoing support, and benefits including bonuses, holidays, pension, and other discounts. A driving licence with minimal points is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather is useful but not essential.
• Experience driving medium-sized vans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to required locations and ensure high standards of posting.
• Keep the Birmingham and Leicester rounds clean and well maintained.
• Follow a simple rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning.
• Manage your own workload and schedule within allocated territory.

You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round. You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in theBirmingham and Leicester areas. You canmanage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you(following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning).

It is a physically demanding job and does require you towork outdoorsin all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zoneworking aloneon the round,just you and your van. You just need to pop into ourBristolbranch, based in Portbury, once per week to restock and to hear our latest company updates.

You’ll be provided with aFully Expensed Company Vehiclefor business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas.Dedicated training and supportwill be available to help get you started.

Requirements

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
• Driving experience using medium sized vans
• Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
• The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
