Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) to maintain posting and cleaning rounds across Birmingham and Leicester. The role is full-time, outdoors, and you will work largely alone with a fully expensed company van.

You will alternate weeks between posting and cleaning, manage your own workload, and keep up high standards in all environments, with a flexible 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
• Full-time role working outdoors with weather exposure.
• Driving experience using medium sized vans.
• Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised.
• Ability to manage your time and plan your own workload.
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage.

You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round. You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in aBirmingham and Leicester areas. You canmanage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you(following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning).

It is a physically demanding job and does require you towork outdoorsin all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zoneworking aloneon the round,just you and your van. You just need to pop into ourBirmingham branch, based in Portbury, once per week to restock and to hear our latest company updates.

You’ll be provided with aFully Expensed Company Vehiclefor business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas.Dedicated training and supportwill be available to help get you started.

Requirements
