You will lead a project studying the spatial neuroimmune landscape of Parkinson's disease, analysing microglial states, applying machine-learning, and integrating imaging and multi-omic datasets from human brain tissue and clinical biosamples.

• Study how microglial states interact with hallmark PD pathology using machine-learning approaches to quantify neuroinflammatory and protein pathologies and spatial transcriptomics.
