Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Genetics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and running data processing pipelines for bulk and single-cell genomic datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills; proven publication record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational pipelines for large-scale genomic datasets (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, Perturb-seq).
• Integrate multi-omics data to investigate neurodevelopmental mechanisms and disease.
• Collaborate with international partners and contribute to scientific publications.
