Queen Mary University of London invites applications for a full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate funded through an international programme to advance Parkinson's disease research. The post holder will lead a project to establish expression and instability of short tandem repeats in PD brain using high-depth RNA-seq datasets from a broad international network.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R and Linux.
• Experience analyzing large-scale sequencing datasets, ideally RNA-seq.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving collaborative environment.
