Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant computational domain or near completion.
• Programming skills in Python, C++, or Matlab and scientific computing.
• Experience with joint analyses across imaging modalities or microscopy processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on data integration and biophysical modelling for multi-modal datasets.
• Address image processing challenges in whole-brain 3D light-sheet microscopy.
• Collaborate with national and international partners within SPMIC and related labs.
