Job summary

The University of Oxford invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to join the Immune-Metabolic and Severe Mental Illness group in the Department of Psychiatry to analyse clinical, biomarker and neuroimaging data from major MRC and NIHR funded studies of psychosis.

You will contribute to data analysis, develop pipelines, and co-develop new study protocols, focusing on inflammation in schizophrenia and related disorders, with potential for future grant capture and impact on treatment

Qualifications

• Completion of a relevant PhD/DPhil in neuroscience or related field.
• Experience with advanced multimodal data analysis.
• Experience with clinical trial data and/or experimental medicine studies desirable.
• Experience in psychosis research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, biomarker and neuroimaging data from major MRC/NIHR funded studies of psychosis.
• Develop data pipelines and analysis workflows.
• Prepare reports and contribute to new study protocols.
