Royal Mail is seeking a Postie to join the Horsham Delivery Office. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot, working outdoors in all weather, and building strong relationships with customers. The role involves a 37-hour week over a 5-in-7 rota, with weekends and Sundays shifts included.

Job type: Permanent contract

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available.

Working hours: 37.00 hours per week – working 5 days in 7 across Monday - Sunday – 07:24/15:30*

You’ll work on a rotating shift schedule, including some weekends. Your rota will confirm your hours and delivery routes, which may vary based on demand.

You’ll be required to work Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00.

About You

We’ll provide full training, a uniform, and an iconic red van. You’ll need:

• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs / hills, and lifting / carrying 10kg+ mailbags
