Royal Mail Group in Dromore is seeking a Postie to deliver letters and parcels locally. You’ll work a rotating shift, including some weekends, and will be supported by a full training programme, a uniform, and a red Royal Mail van.

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available.
Working hours: 20:00hours per week - working 5days in 6 across Monday - Saturday - 08.00/14.00*

• Walking long distances (up to 12 miles / 20,000+ steps)
• Driving a Royal Mail van daily

About you

We'll provide full training, a uniform, and an iconic red van. You'll need:

• A full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points, registered to your current name and address)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and able to pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs / hills, and lifting / carrying 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment
• Customer-focused, with pride in delivering great service
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
