Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Belfast is seeking a Postie to deliver letters and parcels on a rotating schedule, with a 29-hour week and paid overtime. You will operate a Royal Mail van and walk routes in your local area, building customer relationships and working outdoors in all weather.

Training is provided, along with a uniform and a red Royal Mail van. The role suits active individuals who enjoy variety, independence, and serving the community.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10kg+ mailbags

• Comfortable working outdoors and independently

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available. Working hours: 29:00 hours per week - working 5days in 7 across Monday - Sunday - 08:30/15:00*
