JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Client Operations Associate. The role focuses on day-to-day client interactions and support for post-trade activities within a controlled environment.

You will coordinate with partners to meet SLAs, provide oversight, and contribute to process improvements and resiliency. As part of the IMOS Client Operations team, you will engage with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve inquiries, monitor market changes,

Competenze

• Experience in client service within investment operations, post-trade, or middle office.
• Familiarity with product areas (equities, fixed income, FX, cash, derivatives, or repos).
• Understanding IBOR/NAV concepts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
• Clear communication with clients and stakeholders, including in escalation scenarios.
