Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an IMOS Client Operations Associate within Investment Middle Office Services. You will manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery across post-trade activities in a controlled environment, coordinating with partners to meet SLAs and provide oversight.

You will engage with internal and external providers, perform trend analysis, and support onboarding for new fund launches and service changes. Strong communication and risk awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting client service in investment operations, post-trade, or middle office environments
• Working knowledge of one or more relevant product areas (e.g., equities, fixed income, FX, cash, derivatives, repos)
• Understanding of IBOR and NAV production considerations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Root-cause analysis and timely resolution with partners
• Clear client/stakeholder communication, including escalation scenarios
• Risk awareness and documentation of controls
• Proficiency with reporting, analysis, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries, requests and escalations across post-trade products and workflows
• Coordinate with teams to meet SLAs and client expectations
• Perform daily oversight checks and escalate issues
• Prepare and deliver recurring client reporting
• Support incident management and follow-up to closure
• Participate in client meetings and action tracking
• Conduct trend analysis for control enhancements
• Liaise with internal partners and external providers to resolve breaks and inquiries
• Engage with brokers, custodians, transfer agents, and vendors as needed
• Monitor market changes and operational impacts; escalate as needed
• Support onboarding activities for new funds or launches
