Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an FX Services Middle Office Associate to support the execution trading desk by ensuring trades are captured accurately and controls are completed on time.

You will manage queries across Front and Back Office, maintain process discipline, and contribute to reporting while supporting change initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• ;Experience in Operations, Middle Office, or Trade Support with understanding of front-to-back lifecycle.
• ;Knowledge of FX or derivatives and risk concepts, willingness to learn.
• ;Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines.
• ;Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.
• ;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate breaks.
• ;Proactive, self-driven with ownership of tasks.
• ;Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• ;Strong organization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture FX trades and process amendments and cancellations accurately and on time.
• Complete daily controls, reconciliations, and investigate breaks/exceptions.
• Resolve queries from Front Office, Back Office, and clients; escalate as needed.
• Monitor client setup and changes; update processes and reference data.
• Maintain documentation, evidence retention and control procedures.
• Collaborate with Trading, Business Management, Product, Technology and Control teams.
• Produce operating MI and KPI/control reporting.
• Manage changing daily workload to meet deadlines and cut-offs.
