Northern Trust seeks an Operations professional to join its Agency Brokerage business, providing operational trade support to Sales and Trading teams and servicing institutional clients. The role sits in Global Capital Markets on the Trading Floor, focusing on post-trade lifecycle from allocation to settlement across global markets.

The successful candidate will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, maintaining strict controls and contributing to workflow

Formación

• Experience in capital markets, brokerage ops or related post-trade environment.
• Strong understanding of post-trade lifecycle, settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting brokerage or capital markets transactions is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day post-trade lifecycle support including trade allocation, pre-matching, settlement and reconciliation.
• Support brokerage transactions across global markets and asset types.
• Review transactions, positions, cash activity and data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve straightforward trade, settlement and reconciliation issues.
