Trading 212 Ltd. is seeking a driven Trading Operations Specialist to join our nimble Trading Operations Team.

With 1–3 years in post-trade functions, you will help run and improve our settlement and reconciliation processes across markets, collaborating with brokers, custodians, and internal teams. You’ll develop expertise in daily trade lifecycle tasks, document controls, and contribute to automation initiatives to streamline operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trading operations, settlements, or a closely related post-trade function.
• An undergraduate degree.
• Experience in trade/position reconciliations and break resolutions.
• Ability to question and improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication to operational and non-operational audiences.
• Interest in automation and tooling to build smarter processes.
• Confidence to engage cross-functionally and challenge existing approaches constructively.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of daily processes across the trade lifecycle and improve them where needed.
• Act as a subject matter contact within the Trading Operations domain.
• Investigate discrepancies with an analytical approach and document findings to prevent recurrence.
• Write and maintain SOPs and control documentation to a high standard.
• Engage directly with brokers, custodians, and internal teams representing Trading Operations.
• Support senior team members on firm-wide developments and strategic projects.
