Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Post Room Assistant at RNLI College, Poole, to handle delivery, collection and sorting of mail and goods with a professional service mindset. The role is based on site with a 30-hour week and permanent contract, supporting campus operations and client needs.

You will be part of a team focused on accurate processing, timely deliveries and maintaining health & safety standards while providing friendly service to staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service or service delivery
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver, collect and sort mail and goods within service level agreements
• Provide delivery/collection services across the campus as directed
• Load trolleys and handle items in drop/collection points sequence
• Complete helpdesk tasks as required
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain high standards of customer service
• Take ownership of all assigned work and communicate with clients effectively
• Support client to implement service improvements and developments
